It’s great with tortilla chips, tacos, nachos, burrito bowls, salads, wraps and more. This guacamole recipe is packed with tons of flavor and is ready in 15 minutes. It’s a must have at your next get together!

- 3 medium sized ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, about 1/2 of a lime
- 2 tablespoons small diced white onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped pickled jalapeños, or regular jalapenos
- 1–2 cloves garlic, finely grated or chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Cut your avocados in half, lengthwise and carefully remove the pit. Scoop the inside of each avocado into a medium sized bowl.
- Use a large fork to use mash the avocados to your desired consistency. You can mash them well, like I did, or leave them a little chunky.
- Next, add in the remaining ingredients and mix until completely combined. Give the guacamole a taste and season with salt, as needed. Enjoy my favorite guacamole with tortilla chips!
Notes
Guacamole is best stored in a container, in the refrigerator, with a piece of plastic wrap pressed down on the surface.
