This Chunky Avocado Salsa is easy to make and packed with flavor!
Ingredients

- 3 cups small diced tomatoes
- 1 cup small diced white onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup small diced jalapeño, or more if desired
- 2 large avocados, pitted, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Add the diced tomato, onion, cilantro, garlic and cilantro to a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Add the avocado, lime juice, paprika, cumin and salt and mix well again. Taste and adjust salt, cumin and paprika if needed. Enjoy!
