These Wild Blueberry Banana Smoothies are packed with antioxidants, making them a great way to start the day. Frozen wild blueberries give these smoothies so much flavor, and a gorgeous purple color. These healthy smoothies can be thrown together in just about 10 minutes each morning and easily taken on the go.
Ingredients

- 1 cup milk of choice
- 2 medium sized bananas
- 1/2 cup plain, non-fat greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen blueberries, or fresh
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon shelled hemp hearts
- 1 small pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all blueberry smoothie recipe ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes.
- Give the smoothie a taste and add in any extra sweetener, or ice, needed and blend again. Serve smoothies immediately and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe makes two large smoothies. I can easily be downsized to make just one, if needed.
