Description
A creamy tahini based dressing with a little kick from the lemon!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3–6 tablespoons warm water, depending on how thick you want the dressing
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl or jar and whisk until creamy. You may need to add a little more water if you would like a thinner consistency.
Notes
Dressing stays good in the refrigerator for up to 1 week in an airtight container.
